We are happy to help with a question, a word report, or a problem in the app.

For a faster response, include your device model, iOS version, app version, game mode, and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords, a friend code, or other sensitive information.

Delete game data

In the app, open Settings and choose “Delete game data.” This deletes local progress, statistics, achievements, result archive, reminders, and local preferences from the device.

To delete the separate online Duel profile, open the Duel lobby and choose “Delete Duel profile.” This deletes the anonymous profile, friend code, relationships, and related Duels from the service.

Report a word

If a word is wrong, sensitive, or unsuitable, email us with the word and the game mode where it appeared. We review reports for a future content update.
