Your use of MilaQuest is subject to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
The service
MilaQuest is a Hebrew and English word game with a five-letter Daily Word, four-, five-, and six-letter Practice, private Duels with friends, hard mode, statistics, achievements, sharing, and an optional reminder. Version 1.3 is free and contains no advertising, purchases, or subscriptions. Duels use an anonymous profile as described in the Privacy Policy.
Duels
Duels require a network connection. You may invite only a player who accepted a friend relationship. Friend search uses an exact selected display name; it is not a public directory. Each player marks ready and both start after a 3–2–1 countdown with the same secret target and the same fixed language and word-data version. The first player to submit a correct guess wins; attempt count is informational only. Do not attempt to bypass app validation, extract a target word, scrape player search, flood requests, or interfere with the service. You may delete the online profile from the lobby.
Acceptable use
You may use the app for personal purposes and in accordance with store rules and applicable law. Do not redistribute the app, damage the service, bypass security mechanisms, impersonate another player, use an offensive searchable name, or use the app unlawfully or in a way that infringes rights.
Words and content
The allowed-guess dictionary can contain spellings or inflections that are not chosen as answers. Answer content is reviewed separately, but human language and editorial review can contain mistakes. The game is not an authoritative linguistic ruling. You may report an incorrect or unsuitable word to info.morswisa@gmail.com.
The English word-game corpus incorporates the Common English Lexicon (CEL), Copyright (c) 2021–2022 Fj00, under the MIT License. The required license notice, pinned source record, filtering, and content hashes are retained in MilaQuest’s legal and distribution materials. CEL is not affiliated with MilaQuest.
Daily Word and local data
The Daily Word changes at midnight according to the local date and time zone set on your device. A day is consumed after the first valid guess. A local safeguard prevents replay when the device clock or time zone moves backward, so changing the time or traveling west can require waiting until the local date moves past the most recently consumed day. A far-forward manual clock change cannot be fully distinguished from travel without a server.
Settings, games, achievements, archive, and statistics are stored on your device. Clock changes, backups, deleting data, uninstalling the app, or changing device may affect them. The archive is for viewing and re-sharing results and does not let you replay old Daily Words. Hard mode applies only to a new game according to the setting active when that game started. We do not guarantee recovery of local data after deletion or a fault.
Daily reminder
The daily reminder is optional, off by default, and provided by the operating system. Delivery depends on your permission, device settings, and operating-system limits, so a notification is not guaranteed at an exact time in every circumstance.
Intellectual property
The MilaQuest brand, design, code, materials, and content databases belong to Mor Swisa or are used under appropriate permission. These Terms do not transfer ownership or grant a right to redistribute the app. Third-party material remains subject to its applicable license notice.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the app working, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the app is provided as is and as available. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and ending use
You may stop using and delete the app at any time. We may update the service and these Terms; an updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without prejudice to mandatory rights that apply where you live. Questions may be sent to info.morswisa@gmail.com.
